I am honored that, based on recognition from my peers, Best Lawyers in America® has named me the 2024 “Lawyer of the Year” in Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law in Los Angeles for the 30th Edition of Best Lawyers in America. I am fortunate to have been included in the Best Lawyers recognitions every year since 2006. This marks the fifth time I have been recognized as Lawyer of the Year for either Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law, or Litigation – ERISA in Los Angeles since 2013. Inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® is based on a comprehensive peer-review survey, which this year, was comprised of more than 13.7 million confidential evaluations from other lawyers. Please join me in congratulating the other honorees who have been recognized in the milestone 30th edition of The Best Lawyers in America®.
